We use your information to schedule and perform detailing services, send booking confirmations and reminders, process payments, and communicate with you about your appointment. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile opt-in data and SMS consent information are never sold, rented, or transferred to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Devs Detailing LLC uses mobile numbers and SMS consent information only to provide appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, arrival updates, rescheduling notices, cancellation notices, and customer-service communications related to requested services.
Message frequency varies based on booking activity and appointment changes, typically between 1 and 5 messages per appointment. Message and data rates may apply.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared, sold, rented, or transferred to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Payment card information is processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. Devs Detailing LLC does not store your full card number, CVV, or expiration date on our systems.
Photos you upload are used for documentation of vehicle condition and quality assurance. With your permission, before-and-after photos may be used in our portfolio or social media. You may request removal of your images at any time by contacting us.
We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), access controls, and secure third-party processors to protect your personal information. Only authorized personnel have access to customer data, and access is limited to what is necessary to perform our services.
Our website uses session cookies and anonymous analytics to understand how visitors use our site and improve our booking experience. Analytics data does not include personally identifiable information. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
We retain your booking and contact information for up to 3 years for business records and warranty purposes. SMS consent records are retained as required by applicable telecommunications regulations. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
